With motorcycle in Malaysia - how long?

Hi all,
I am flying into KL this coming Sunday and will be collecting my motorcycle around the 13th from the port. Does anyone know how long I can stay in Malaysia with the bike? A visa seems good for 3 months. Can I stay that long? Thanks for any info. I have a carnet etc as well.
