The Sachs Madass/ Nitro is very rare in Canada and the Wave 125 is not available here either unfortunately, this (if it ever gets produced) would be perfect:

not perfect, only 12 inch wheels, but quite a handy little bike at 250 lbs kerb weight and a 30 inch seat height.
