OK which one do you think is simplest, oarts can be found everywhere and easy to maintain? My heart says go for Yamaha, I know Suzuki DRZ is also very good bike.

For what it is worth, you have omitted the KTM Military, 400cc: look back in that forum and you will find some info about getting one of these from Germany - then ride it home.
