TZ - GER. Bike? -> Spare Parts

i'm newly registerd to the hub and already enjoyed reading before very much. Thanks for all your helpful posts.

I'm living in the West of Tanzania in a small village now. I plan to go to Kampala to see whats really available and probably to buy a 250cc. When I finished my work here in 5 month I will make my way back home to Germany.
I know little about Motorbikes. The most common brands here are Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha. I just wonder which spare parts might be best available when I go through Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Libya and Tunisia?

How can I figure which spare parts are best avialable and so which bike is best to buy for this route? I'm glad for every advise. Thank you so much.
