Why go to all that trouble to fit a Yam motor into a Honda frame!!!!= problems!!!
Just buy an XT, you wont be sorry.

I cannot tell you about your question, but about HUBB. Feel like at home, there many people here who love your country and your people. It'd be much better, but I guess that the point is that he cannot get engines/bikes/parts easily in Pakistan.

I had a Honda XL600R, it was a popular bike. The main problem with mine (and many others) were all kinds of problem with the cylinder-head (I think this was the first RFVC-engine).
IMHO the XL had more power and was more fun to drive then the XT - when it worked.
