Worried about getting 'caught short'?
 

Here is a simple solution in the form of an app ( yes there are loads of others!)
It's called 'Find Toilets' by Elbatrop Ltd. from Play Store for Android.

It's free, shows you (worldwide) on a map where a toilet is with details - aka has baby changing / disabled facilities etc.
Nice search function with map.
Does require network connection though but if the matter is pressing.... it's a small price to pay for the knowledge!

Usual caveats: Of course, as with data, the loo may be gone by the time you get there!

I have just checked and there is a 'lite' version of the app avaliable on the iphone app store..

In France it is easy, just stop anywhere and have a wee. seems to apply equally to men and women :)
