Blue spots
I dont know if this has been tried before and if it works out it might not be such a daft question so here goes.
for those with xt600's etc has anybody tried to replace their calipers with a blue spot, i only ask as with the xt caliper being quite rare in good nick if yours is shot and blue spots are very common, i know its down to size of disc and mounting bolts etc, just down to somebody who thought, i'll have a go at that. |
not enough room between the disc and spokes for the inboard pistons of a blue spot caliper. thats why most of-road bikes have twin piston calipers without opposed pistons.

never thought of that, thanks for the reply
oh well on to the next bright idea !!! |
