Brake lines
 

Im looking to buy a front steel braced brake line to my 1991 xt600 3tb.

but i can only find for 1987 models and for 1995 and newer. can i use a brakeline for a 1995 bike om my 1991?

I would guess so.

A good way to find out is to check partnumbers on a 1991 model, and a 2003 fx.

I really cant see what should have changed.

Why not just get one made up by Motorcycle Braided Brake Hoses, Lines and Clutch Cables | Venhill ??

They may be able to make to your part number. If not, I have ordered over the phone with a description such as "It's this long with a wotsit on one end and a 45 deg thingey on the other"

If you can send them a sample, all the better.
