breather hose
 

The breather hose on my 90xt 600 has a kink in it at the motor. I would like to replace it but it molded with the curve. I was wondering can I use a different type of hose if so what diameter? Thanks again

Oops there it is. Would not think there will be a little part like that on ebay thanks

I replaced my breather hose with some a length of re-enforced clear tubing and diverted it to a breather filter right up at the back of the bike after I saw the caked up crusty mess the oil vapor made on the R/H intake valve.

I needed to add the kink that you mentioned so I filled the hose with sand and heated it in the position I wanted it to stay in - its not perfect but its good enough.

I think the tube needs to be 12mm but its not hard to measure if you move the starter out of thew way.

Mine goes to the air cleaner , so yours is disconnected from the air cleaner
and re routed
