Carburettor explanation please
I have just bought a new XT600e after many years away from biking. Can someone please explain why there are two carb bodies, and there individual function?
Thanks Ste |
The two carbs work independently and the second one takes over after the motor reaches a certain rpm. under different speeds, climates and altitudes. It has been a perfect mechanism by letting the rider not to deal with carb and jetting settings. For more info go to XT600 1/23

Thanks for the information and such a speedy response. That link is most helpful.

Ste,
Do a bit of digging around in this thread for either the XT or the TT and you will find lots of info about the whole bike and the carbs. You could also use the search facility on this thread - just put in the key words that you want to find and search away. :welcome: to the HUBB!! |
