If you can fabricate stainless steel and fibreglass and if you have access to a workshop have a look at this. All lengths and bend angles for an XT600 or XTZ 600 exhaust pipes, muffler box, flanges, retainer nuts. Pictures and dimensions of the muffler box as well.

A fibreglass forward facing air ram which ducts fresh cool air to the two square holes under the air box.
