engine vibration
 

I just fired up the thumper 1990 xt600 and took it for a spin , i noticed a vibration around 2000 rpms , more than before, anybody know what this could be, it is in the engine as i pull in the clutch and rev it its still there

Have you changed anything on the bike?

Is it it's first go out for a while?

Is it bloody cold where you are like it is here?

Have you made sure everything is tight and sealed with no leaks?

A part from those I can't think of any other questions to ask. :cool4:

when i came home from the ride i waited 20 min. and then rode again and now its gone wierd huh, i havnt changed anything except added a front rack

As long as all bolts are tight etc, have you done any engine work and messed up the timing a little ?

Misfiring can caus vibration too.. How does it ride ??
