Engines
 

I would like to know which of the following engines have dual start: ie. electric as well as kick start.

3AJ, 3TB / 3UW, DJ02, 4PT

I would also like to know if any of the TT600 engines would fit into the 1VJ frame with any problems or concerns?

3AJ doesn't have a kickstart but one can be fitted easily as it still has all the mounting bits (ie same as 1VJ in this respect).

From 1995 the 3TB doesn't have kickstart and it's more difficult to fit one.

3AJ and 3TB will go into the 1VJ frame fairly easily, with modifications to wiring. 3TB is best as it offers increased reliability, however 3AJ is an improvement over 1VJ.

No idea about the TT's or others. Do a search as this question has been asked before.
