fuel problem
 

having problems with carbs i think .what is the part beside the starter bolted to the frame it has 1 fuel pipe in and 2 comeing out 1 to the carb the other to the rubber in front of the carb (like some kind of pump or something) should i take it of and clean it out or what should i do .:(

Hey Mark, thats your fuel pump...1 pipe is fuel in, 1 pipe is fuel out, and the pipe going to the inlet rubber is the vacuum pipe that operates the pump.
