Hard clutch

1991 xt600 3tb. my clutch leveler was hard to pull, i changed the clutch wire to a new one, but it seems to have gotten harder after the wire change. any pointers on what to do?

Take a good look at the routing of the cable. Try to eliminate any tight bends as they will cause the operation to be harder.
