How much oil for 1VJ

A friend of mine has a 86 Tenere (1VJ model ) he was told that it takes 2,0 liter of oil, another friend has a 3aj model and says his model sould take 2,6 lt

I'm under the impression that both should use the same amount as they seam identical oil tank

What is the correct amount ?

Yes its the same on oilchange 2.0l with filter. If you take complete rebuild its 2,4. Oil tank is 1,7l.
