Oil Feed Pipe
 

I have purchased a 1986 43F XT600 and it has had the engine replaced which looks like a 3AJ, however it has had the right side engine cover also replaced and so had the oil feeder pipe customised. As the cover didn't have the correct oil feed connection, the guy took the feed off the bleed screw position on the oil filter.

Can anybody tell me if they have performed this modification and if it will work correctly.
