otr performance header wont fit
 

Anyone have the performance header from otr and did you get it on? one of the headers wont get past the frame. Was supposed to fit all xt's hmm.

I dont know about the brand, but i think its just a matter of putting them in correct on the frame. There is a dent in frame that has to match up when doing this. Hold the new pipes up against the old, if they align you know they will fit.

Yep good idea, put the ends together by flipping them opposite to each other (face to face) not laying one on top the other & guessing by eye.

It may be they have been squashed slightly in transit, try prying them open a tad, or measure across the gap between the two & add 10-20mm then cut some wood & tap it between the pipes to hold them open.
