well, was changing the fork oil for this season and had to take the springs out, so here you can see the stock vs. shortened 3TB springs + the required spacer. 6 coils cut-off, so going from 44 coils to 38 equals about 15% stiffer

Very nice! What's the length of your spacer? Also, what material? While I'm at the shop today, I'd like to cut my spacers before I go home and 15% sounds perfect.

they're back in the bike, so cant measure.....
they are the exact length of the 6 coils that i cut off
