Stolen XT
 

Hi There,
Two weeks ago i had my XT stolen in the UK. The police think that it has been shipped out to Holland or Germany so i am just asking if any one see it to please contact the police ASAP. It was my baby, had the ride of my life through Africa for 5 months.
It is a Black XT 02yr, 24ltr white Acerbis Tank, on the front mud gaurd it has country flag stickers from my trip starting in Uk all the way down to South Africa, it has a picture of Nelson Mandela above the head-light and on the back above the number plate, GX51BGE.
Any help would be great,

Why don't you publish the serial numbers here as well as a picture of your bike, thereby allowing potential buyers to keep a look out for you bike, these will be very helpful in identifying your bike. Stickers and pictures are removable items and so these will not be identifiable once removed.

You can make sure that your local police has put out a stolen vehicle notice with your bike´s Frame ID and registration number.

Not sure if this helps but I have seen a bike with s similar description to yours a few times in the Rayns Park - South Wimbledon area. (If you live in the area it might have been you riding prior to getting stolen) Dose it have a Soth African flag on the front mud guard?

That bike was mine,i live in that area, It has a SA flag on the front with a Nelson Mandela sticker next to it,
The police have said that the bike is gone, so i will be looking for a new one
