Swing arm for a 1990 XT600e
 

I live in the states and am having a terrible time finding 2nd hand parts for this bike. I am in need of a headlight assembly and a rear swing arm. Can anyone in the states help me out? I could get parts from the UK, but the postage is outrageous

No advice other than keep watching the 'bay. If your headlight assembly is crunched then you could look at something else like the Acerbis strap-on headlight/number plate assembly or try to adapt a different rectangular Yamaha headlight assembly (TW200, XT225, etc.). If your headlight frame is wacked, then your turn signal mounts are gone too (again, aftermarket can be your friend). If it is just the lens/reflector you could try fabbing-up an adapter face plate for some HID lights. It's the price we Yanks pay for having a rare (to the USA) bike. :(
