TTRE into XT
 

Hi I am hopefully getting a TTRE 600 engine,
I think this will go into a 1VJ or 3AJ frame but not sure if the front and rear sprockets will be in line. Any ideas?

Should I get the TTRE wiring and CDI or just use my 1VJ stator and CDI?

Is the TTRE CDI different to the TTR CDI?

I may also be getting a XT600e with no good engine will any other XT engine fit stright in.
The XT600e has a different electronic ignition then the XT or TTR what is the best electronic ignition to use?

XT600E and TT600E have 100% sure TCI ignition, not CDI. CDI ignition cannot be used in these models, and TCI units cannot be used with CDI motors.
My advice is to get wiring and ignition unit with the engine, to avoid risk. Stator is 95% different, so keep the one coming with the engine.

you will find all technical data for any model, and will be able to compare them. Check resistance values of ignition unit, if values are the same between two models, good chances they r the same.
Besides CDI\TCI, you will have also to check that ignition unit has same advance of the one u r going to replace.
