What's different about the seat from 1997-2004 compared with the 1990-1995?

Is it an easy fix to adapt the seat to fit that tank? Different seat?

I don't know Micah,
I believe that in Brazil has only one model.
First the Ténéré, after the XT600, then the XT660.

I have a 23l ....at least I believe it to be, It's a white 1990 3AJ tank knocking about that I bought as a spare. White /Red and in original condition with a small blemish on the lower right half. I payed £103 for the thing and as an insurance policy hasn't been money well spent.
