what i realized today
I HATE BARENDS!!!
how do you take them off from a yamaha xt600e i'm desperate to install my heated grips (wich i should have gotten a months ago) |
There is suppose to be a screw in the end, if they only turn around you maybe have to give a drive with hammer the other way. Next is to drill them out, Heated grip is awsome in the winter!!

i have never owned a car
i'm 21 now ive ridden through three winters so far on a motorcycle cold long winters so i really really really believe anyone who says heated grips are awsome looks like i'm gonna have to drill :( |
Just been out in the snow having fun!!

I'd love to ride all winter and I did till it snowed a bunch here,:censored: the ice killed my hope for the rest of the winter. It's illegal to run studded tires, otherwise the snow/ice wouldn't bother me.:funmeterno:

Stupid rule if you ask me..a bike like this doesnt do any harm to the road, i have like 300 spikes/ studd in the rear tire :thumbup1:

Loosen bolt, grip with BIG pliers, pull like hell.....:smartass:

When Ive took them off before it was like an Allen key screw that you give a few turns then tap the screw with an hammer and they come off. This sounds like a factory job.
