xt600 34l spark
help my xt600 34l will only spak after iv stop kicking fitted new cdi and pick up still the same motor has just been rebild :eek3:

you can kick and kick and it will not spark until you stop kicking it then gives one spark it as if it stores a spark until you stop kicking

Is the battery Ok (should get over 12.5 volts from it).
Then check feed to coil (with ignition switched on)... again, should be a good 12v. Was it OK before, if so whats changed??? - Been stood for a while or had repairs done, or sumink???? |
just played with cdi pulled of the light blue wire now seems to be sparking bike has just had new mains
