Xt600 digital speedo

Hi people

Anyone done the digi speedo on a 1991 model (sans tachometer)? If so I'm interested in stories. Also on this bike without tacho is there an option to retrofit or is it too much hassle??

Havent done it on the XT but on other bikes, KOSO is good and installing is easy.
