XT600E GS500 front wheel question
 

Hey guys, I have recently started fitting a pair of GS500 Wheels onto my old XT600E from 99.

Managed to fit the rear wheel no problem using a smaller brake disc from a Suzuki RGV 250 and some spacers on the bolts.

The front however is a different story.. the front end requires repositioning of the original caliper. Sadly I cannot find any info on this and would like to ask if anyone here has ever done or seen this done before and maybe even has a template I could use!:helpsmilie:

Edit: after some searching online I have found a suzuki brakedisc belonging to a 99 Suzuki Katana 600 that should fit the original brake caliper, its 290mm in size compared to Yamaha's 282mm

i have the dwg file, but my disc is 300mm, so two holes will have to be moved
