xtz 660 using oil

I remeber reading a thread some time ago about a xtz 660 using oil, but I couldn't find it.

So could anyone help me. My '92 xtz is using a large amount of oil. Engine has done 37000 km but is still pulling like a train.

Seem to remember something about oil seals in the head allowing ol to leak past the valves ?

She burns a bit of blue smoke when shes been standing for a while, but otherwise nothing.
