Yz 400 to xt600 fork swap
 

Has anybody done this? I have a pic of a tt600 with inverted forks so it must be possable.

I think the TT600e that upside down forks as standered.
I have fitted a set of YZ forks to my XT600 Tenere, after messing about with differnt bearings and yolks I gave my frame and forks to an engineer who made a new stem and bearing holder so I could use the right size bearings. The bike is still being built so not sure how they work

What year YZ400 is that?

I've fitted a 2002 YZ250 complete front end on my 1990 XT600E!

notice that you will most likely have the bike about 1inch taller on the front!
