fuel price - anybody ?

Is anybody aware of a current and regular updated site which can display comparison fuel prices between countries?

I know it is easy enough to find this info for Europe or US but what about the other countries of the world?

In particular I need to know diesel price in Columbia (South America).

Currently in Panama but shipping my truck into Columbia next week and as I can hold 170 litres of fuel it is significant to know the best country to fill up in?

any ideas ?

Phil.

Hey Phil,

Most shipping companies will want you to have an "empty" tank before they'll let you ship it. "Empty" I believe is considered less than 5 liters.

I've been keeping track of gas prices along the way, and I'm just a little ahead of you now (in Ecuador). If you go through dangrec.com you'll find the price from the US to Ecuador and I'll continue to post future countries too.

From memory, Panama and Colombia were reasonably similar in price... I think.

By the way, Ecuador is CHEAP! $1 USD / gallon for diesel! ye-ha.
