MONGI Tracks from Argentina to ....

Hello friends
I am not a habitual poster of the 4WD sections of this forum but this time I wrote on behalf of a good friend MONGI who for many years has been developing a very interesting product that many of you maybe will find this attractive.
He has done all the research development and manufacturing by their own means and under his entire investment with big personal sacrifice.
Fortunately had an acceptable success here in Argentina and in neighboring countries, and has already begun to market this product in the EU where some sets are already in use.
Soon his Web will be translated into English Mongi - Vehiculos Especiales
But for a while can take a preview using Google translator: Versión traducida de http://www.mongi.com.ar/

Saludos

Hey Javier,

That looks really cool. It looks like I can't afford it, but it is really cool.

I have seen these things on Ford vans in Yellowstone Park in the USA, where they use them for tours in the winter time on unplowed roads, covered with snow. Don't know if they are this brand or another.

Hi Javier!

Hola!!!
How are you both doing???
Andy the ones you saw there in Yellowstone Park for sure are the Mattracks, similar system made in the states.
My friend’s tracks Mongi cost half the money than the USA ones are.
Pete your BM will look very crazy with a set off those ones. A set of 4 (for a truck) cost here in Argentina U$ 15.000.- for your bike only one will be enough (U$ 3.750.-) HAHAHA!!!!
By the way the USA ones are nearly U$ 30.000.- (the cheapest ones)

Saludos

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
