OP
Are 4x4 posts relevant to this sight?
Yes
As for why, Grant said so. It is his sight. He has a spot for push bikes to.
To the rest
Why is this post not in the hub bar? This is a clear troll Op did not care if 4x4 are part of the hub or why or where. It is not like he must read every post about some road in Africa. He has shown that he makes up his own mind about roads to ride. This is a troll.
You all talk about driving or riding past him if he is in need but you know you will stop. You want a sorry from him ok I will give you it.

Wow man you think with all your grateness you will not need the hub but hear you are wanting to be spoon feed information about roads and how to ride them on a your bike then whine when you get it. "I would never have driven the road north of Nairobi to Ethiopia" You ride a bike you drive a car or 4x4. Roads change some times from day to day and you know it they gave there idea of the road at that time. You did not follow there information, good for you I do the same thing, so why is there a problem you did the right thing.
All your trips are yours to take you will live with your choice as do we all. Grant the man that owns this sight went around the world with out the HUB, the net, and had to make his boxes for his bike as no one made them. He had A map Africa when he went with that and local help he did it. You have been given free info from people that have been there GPS data any help you need and want all free. Then you come here and piss on all of it?
You have not been outside the UK far have you? You act like this away from home you repay people hospitality this way? There are places that will not take this even if you pay them. Many people are saying good luck on your trip I will be nice and say stay home get some help from some older people or your mom and dad about manners it will save you many more problems than is a post about a 4x4 or a bike.
ps. Any 4x4 that sees me I will take any help and you want to give me. And AC when it is hot all the better.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
