1991 Honda Transalp XL600V, ± October, Chile/Argentina, 3000$
Hey everybody,
After travelling from Colombia to Argentina with my Transalp now soon it's sadly time to return to Germany and to sell my beauty.
The bike is from Colombia but it's easy to change the ownership via PODER.
During my travels it never broke down and besides some minor scratches it's pretty much a new bike (I mean, it's a Transalp).
I'm still travelling so I'd sell it preferably in Chile in about a month or so or in Argentina if it's for sure (I can also come to you if required, even to Ushuaia, even though I think it might be a bit too cold this time of the year...).
When selling it, it will probably have around 150k kilometres on the watch, which sounds much but is not that much at all if you think what kind of bike we're talking about (I mean, as said before, it's a Transalp...).
After doing all the necessary repairs in Colombia I changed the motor oil every 3000 km and lubricated the chain every day of driving.
All the electronics are working like new and the CDIs itself I changed before starting my trip (so about four month ago). The tires (Dunlop Trailmax and Pirelli MT60) are in good conditions.
I can also give away all my stuff so you're ready to travel from the spot.
The equipment I can give you (if you're about 1,80m):
-Helmet
-Jacket
-Boots
-knee pads
-saddlebags with rain cover
-top case
-all the necessary tools
-complete rainsuit
-raincover for the bike
-small garmin navigation system
-airpump
-customized side stand (even works on sand)
-USB port and Phone holder
-various straps and tension belts
-a tent
-sleeping pad
-sleeping bag
Starting price for everything is 3000$!
If you're interested and/or want to see some pics you can hit me up on WhatsApp: +4915771092402
Safe ride!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
