Pulsar 180GT 2016 65.000km
980 USD/ ~40.000 arg. Pesos
Hello friends!
I will be selling my baby that brought me to Buenos Aires all the way from Colombia through Ushuaia
it will be a tough good bye but I hope to find her a new adventurer that will take her places
It's relatively small motorbike from well known (and in South America well supported) Indian brand Bajaj, model Pulsar 180GT. For South America really potent and powerful bike with good engine.
It is a 2016 model with 65.000km and all original parts.
Took a good care of her along the way with regular good quality oil changes, transmission kit, tires and so on.
First I was also worried (as you might be) that it's too small for traveling through South America but my experience could not be more positive. It's fast enough (120kmh easy), fought nicely in high altitude in bolivia, made its way through patagonian plains, got me safely through mud and gravel roads. What's more, it's practical when it comes to parking, entering hostels doors or gates to keep her safe. No need to carry a spare can with petrol with you since the bike easily makes 430km of one tank, ~2.5l per 100km.
The bike is also very simple, no fancy computer, injection and other things that can break down.. Super easy to repair also for a beginner like me with parts available all over South America.
Selling the bike for me in Argentina is almost impossible for the high taxes, so I am looking for a traveler that would like to ride her further or returning to Colombia (where it could be sold for a better price even). Already know how to deal with the papers, so we will cover that
There's also a 40l top case, lock with alarm, phone holder, 5V charger and bunch of other accessories, tools and spare parts in the price of 980 USD.
If interested I got also hiQ Swiss moto jacket and helmet for sale, gloves, boots, camping gear, rain pants and so on.
Basically your are ready to hit the road after the transaction!
Fun facts: I am European from Slovakia and bought the bike in Medellín from a friend, a mechanical engineer, who took the best care of the bike. He has also an idea of not making free promotion for any brands so he put down all the stickers and stuff promoting the brand from the motorbike. That's why it has quite a unique look and looks more incognito
Had no problems on borders, cheaper handling and shipping as a big bike, easy to handle in dirt or mud.
I will be coming to Buenos Aires on 15th of April more or less, meanwhile contact me please through WhatsApp +51914665433 if you have any questions.
