Hello, It's finally time to let go of my trusty bike after 2 years of (quite slow lol) travel around South America.
I bought it new in Lima and did around 30 000 km through deserts, mountains, (small) rivers, shitty asphalt, dirt roads, amazonian mud and sometimes nice highways. It simply goes everywhere at a comfortable top speed of around 110km/h loaded with all my stuff.
Everything has been serviced correctly (cleaned regularly, oil change every 2000km, air filter replaced, chain oiled, etc) and apart from a few flat tyres, the trip went very smoothly.
I'll buy new tyres, a new chain, brake pads and change the sparkplug before the sale too so you'll have nothing to worry about before your first oil change.
Why you would want this bike :
-High motorbike : high clearance & better fit for tall people (I'm 1m80)
-Economical: with a 12L tank it will go for about 350km
-Fuel injection : no need to adjust the carburator each time you go up a mountain ^^
-Light bike: easy to maneuver and get back up when you're solo
-Japanese quality : no major problem in 30k km.
-Good value for a 190cc and it's very easy to find parts in any country.
I also made some modifications and added stuff :
-Heavy duty rear bags rack + extended the back (see pics)
-Engine side guards with foot pegs for a more comfortable ride
-Stickers
-Raised handlebar
-USB charger
-Rear suspension replaced with a stronger one
-Phone holder
-Handguards
-Pipa for protection against the murdering kites in brazil.
I'll leave you the 2 waterproof bags, the LS2 helmet with the very useful sun screen, spare tubes & plug, original tools and camping gear (cooking stuff, a mighty axe, blanket, shitty mattress, shitty tent, etc etc).
I'll keep the cat
The bike is mine and has a peruvian plate so the change of ownership will only take a few days in any notaria.
I'm ready to sell it now until I find a buyer here or IRL.
You can contact me here or more easily on whatsapp : +57 315 479 3279.
Cheers !
