FOR SALE: Two Honda Crf300L in Colombia, August
Hi, we’re Julian and Florian from Switzerland and we’ve been travelling for about three months through South America. We bought two Honda Crf300L 2023 in Santiago de Chile brand new and are planning on selling them in Colombia in August.

We expect a mileage of about 25000 kilometers and a price of about 3800$ for each motorcycle. They both come with crash bars, a bash plate and luggage racks.

The sale process would go through a Chilean Agency, SuziSantiago, that would transfer the ownership certificate, the “padrón”, to your name in Chile. With the padrón you’re free to cross borders etc.

The considerable advantage for you as a buyer would be that you could start in Colombia and sell it legally at any place in Chile, for example close to the Peruvian and Bolivian border in Iquique, the capital Santiago (lot of buyers) or down south in Tierra del Fuego.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
