My South American trip is coming to an end and I'm selling my Brazilian plated motorcycle In Colombia. The price is 2200 US dollars (I don't know why it appears like GBP) but feel free to bargain!
Yamaha Tenere 250 2013 (first registration on 2014).
The motorcycle has 72000 kms. It's in very good condition and the following have been recently done to it:
- Oil and oil filter change
- Valves check
- Cleaning of the injection system and the fuel pump's filter
- Change of rear wheel bearings
- Cleaning and lubricating handlebar bearings
- Change of rear brake pads
- Spark plug change
It also has some extras:
- Engine and fairings protective crash bars with footpegs
- Handguards
- Rear rack for side panniers
- Rear rack for installing a top box. If you don't have a top box you can take advantage of the bigger surface it provides for tying things like I do.
- USB port for charging your phone
- Handlebars cellphone holder
The tires are like new and the chain and sprockets still have tens of thousands of kms of life. The moto will be delivered to the new owner after a full service including brake fluid change, new spark plug etc so they will be ready to ride. It can be delivered in any place in Colombia.
I got 90 days from the immigration office (just entered Colombia today) and also bought a 1 month SOAT. Ideally, it would be best to have it sold until mid June.
