The fuel pump is in the tank and is what makes the whirring noise what you turn the ignition on. The line from the fuel pump to the injectors can hit 22 bar pressure, so you don't want a gravity feed/carbs type tap in there, it'll leak or worse. There is a return pipe that should be lower pressure as it is only feeding back into the space before the pump. T into that (use brass or FI rated bits) and put a tap on and so long as the tank is full above the entry point it might work but it can be a very small pipe feeding into a space restricted by the fuel pump itself.
Personally I'd buy 2m of fish tank pipe and a couple of big syringes (the seals aren't Nitrile so will fail eventually). Syphon into the stove and leave the bike as reliable as it ever was.
