Arai Tour X visors
Now then folks,
Wondering if anyone can help.
I have an older Arai Tour Cross helmet which needs a new visor. Im finding it very difficult finding a replacement visor to fit it. There are the Tour x4 visors available and Tour x 1 2 and 3's seem difficult to find in clear and pinlock ready. Looking at the shape and fixings, they all appear to be exactly the same apart from the x4 has some little vents running along the top.
Does anyone know if an x4 visor will fit the previous version helmets?
Thanks
Ezra

Since nobody seems to know - not surprising really - I'd just take your visor into a stockist and test to see if it fits. Good luck!

Having owned several 1/2/3 Tour X helmets and now a couple of 4s, i reckon visors are identical, except for the vents on the 4s.
https://www.bobheathvisors.co.uk/ does aftermarket Arai visors. They have an ebay shop too.

Check out https://www.thevisorshop.com/en/Arai...d/m-14384.aspx They say:
Arai Tour-X 4 | XD4 | Helmet Visor | Shield
These are Genuine Arai Tour-X4 visors, They are different from the older tour-x visors in that they now have eye brow vents, although they will still fit the older models, we are an official Arai stockist and supply all visors that Arai produce. There are many visor colours available for the Arai Tour-X, we can supply Clear, Light Tint & Dark Tint. Please note only the Clear and Light Tint EC2205 approved. Please see below for details on the different visor options and Pinlock information.

Thanks all for the feedback.
Problem was, I didnt want to go into a shop to compare as, being an awkward bastard, I'd feel obliged to buy it from them and would probably have been a lot more expensive that way. I did notice the bob heath ones are advertised to fit all models and they all look identical apart from the vents, so took a punt and have ordered a genuine x4 one since it should fit...
Thanks for that Cambelt, that is reassuring, I swear I read on another visor site that they will not fit older models, but didnt trust their judgement.
If it doesnt fit, I'll let you know.
Thanks
