I've used the Terra Nova Voyager (2-man) for about 3 years and am very pleased with it.

Before that I had a Wild Country 2-man, don't remember the name but it was an earlier version of the Voyager. I had that for about 12 years including one trip where I lived in it for 3 months continuously while travelling by bicycle. That too was very good.

Both of these tents come with guidance about avoiding UV exposure.
My Wild Country tent eventually needed replacing because of UV damage to the fly, but as it had been so good I bought the updated version (Voyager). That comes with similar guidance and I'm more careful about shade now.

The up side of the material they use is that it's very light and strong.

Both these tents have 'conventional' flies, that is the seams are taped and sealed.

The tent you mention is of even lighter fabric, hence not taped, and if I remember right comes with stronger guidance about UV exposure. I remember reading something about "take down the tent during the day if in strong sun," but that might not have been Terra Nova. Best to read their literature carefully.

So I would say if you're happy about searching out shade, and the tent is what you want, it should be a good buy.
These days, if I can't find shade I throw my lightweight motorbike cover over the tent when the sun is on it.
