ferry PG to PB
Not done it meself but looked up their service when I was ther e in '03 so prices and schedules may vary a bit.
They are not RO-RO ferries , just fiberglass hulled lanchas with rows of seats but motorcyclists frequently wrestle their bikes aboard..
In March'03 two launches daily left PG at 9 am and 4pm , Not on Sundays. A detour by way of Livingston was possible if enough passengers requested it .
A boat from Livingston to PG makes a return trip on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The price in '03 was about $20 US per person , ONE WAY. The cost of the motorcycle would be additional, unknown to me, plus the cost of any extra hired help you would need to get the bike on board in Punta Gorda , and off again in Puerto Barrios.

Google "Requena charters" and email them.
I just contacted them while planning a C.Am. trip.
They ferry people from Guatemala to Punta Gorda, Belize. If you contact them they will make arrangements to use a larger boat to carry your bike.

Hi;
I'm hoping to do the same trip myself in a couple of weeks; I'd be interested to hear if you managed it ok!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
