Flying from Panama to Colombia- where to buy ticket
Hi, I am currently in Texas, crossing into Mexico next weekend. I plan to be in Panama the end of November and want to fly my motorcycle to Colombia from there.
I have 2 questions:
What is the best place to ship the motorcycle to in Colombia? Bogota or Medellin?
Where can I find a cheap plane ticket ( one way) from Panama to Colombia?

The cheapest airline I could find is aires airline. Their website at aires.aero is in Spanish, but lists Panama City to Bogota in late November one way for 135.00.
Girag for flying the bike to Bogota is the only airline currently flying bikes AFAIK. Although Copa may be back in bike transport by the time you get there. Cost on Girag was 900.00 cash this summer one way from Panama City to Bogota. Which is why I'm flying to Chile and buying a cheap little thumper when I head south in a couple months. Hope to see you down the road.
Kindest regards,
John Downs

Hi Herbert,
Johns advice above is good. I see you have a BMW 1200GS, for anyone else reading this post Girag quote $675 USD for a single cylinder motorcycle.
There is another freight company you can contact that have quoted me a similar price to Girag - Air Cargo Pack Colombia
Air Cargo Pack Colombia - Panama - Costa rica - Peru - Carga Aerea
They fly the Panama to Bogota route, you can contact them via their website to get details of their offices in Panama.
Good luck
Graham
