Need help with info on bringing M/Cycle into Mexico

I need some advice:

About 1 year ago I rode across Mexico. I failed to properly "exit" the motorcycle from Mexico. That is I never checked out or surrendered the bike with the authorities (although I of course did check it IN).

I ended up in Honduras selling the bike there.

Now I want to re-enter Mexico with a different motorcycle.

Am I going to have a problem? I seem to remember them putting the Motorcycle and my passport information into a computer system. Am I going to be blocked from entering or have to pay a big fine....or nothing?

Since you are in LA the easiest way for you to find out the answer would be to take a ride to TJ and give it a shot or at least sort of anonymously float the idea of the problem at the border personell. Bring all the proof of what you did with the bike that you sold in Honduras.
You will indeed be registered on their computer system and they can deny you entry unless you get this resolved .
Now don't do the same thing again
