add audio system on bike

Hi guys

would like to gain more info from you all regarding how to have a audio system (basically is just speaker with audio input such as from mp3 player or Ipod)

While on bike, i think there are some main concerns on the audio system:
- whether the speaker can withstand with the weather or not
- the 'wind sound' during riding while reduce/interuped the hearing
- where and how to locate the speaker and mp3 player in order to avoid the vibration problem and durabality


I have some idea in mind, would be happy if somebody can share his idea as well:
- as i wish to have to mount the speaker at front (which pointing to the rider) so that the hearing would be better during riding. For this reason the speaker size is limited as handlebar is already with GPS gadget. As i really got no much knowledge on bike's speaker, is that we can use the normal speaker such as PC speaker which come in cheaper and powerful. I know that this kind of speaker cant withstand the weather, but how the bike's speaker? can it function well under the rain? Thus if i use the PC speaker, i will add 1 cover t cover it up during un-wanted condition such as raining.
