I would rather catch an cook the captains 'moggy' (Cat) than eat one of those! Would probably taste better too!

Dried Noodles (Bulk Filling), Cereal bars (Energy) and lots of Multi-Vits (Goodness) and what people often forget Enough clean water to cook with. The above kept us going in more situations then I care to count due to Her Majesties Logistics core being complete Muppets.
Packs light always ready and keeps you on your feet for a few days when needed.
Add the Cat for Protein, or anything else you can run over.

Good point there Lee, fresh roadkill (rabbit, hare, pheasant, pigeon, squirrel etc) are well tasty, FREE and the "nasty" part of killing ( for some people anyhow, i'd kill and eat my Mums pet dog if I was hungry enough...... sorry Mum!)
How to tell if roadkill is fresh? are its eyes still glossy? Good, its fresh enough to eat, they dull off after a few hours. less in hot countries.
Bon Apetit!

Now then Moggy, I didn't mention Camels cos there a bit of a beggar to strap to the topbox, plus your not liable to run into many dead Camels in Sweden, Spain or Stratford-upon-Avon now are ya?
Anyone ever tried Camel? I tried Horse, that was ok, didnt find it by the road dead mind you....

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
