I'll second the suggestion of the Chainsaw lube. Probably the best stuff stuff for your chain! It will still fling off, but not as easily as 90W gear lube and I think it lubes much better than those gummy chain sprays you find in the bike shop. I clean my chain once in a while with WD-40 or Kerosene as well.
If you can't find any, just use 90W gear lube and if you can't find that, just use whatever motor oil you can find! It works fine as well, you'll just have to apply it more often as it flings off easier.
