Does it have to be Kenda out of interest?
If you're after road legal dirt bike boots then there (sic?) are a lot to choose from in the UK.
Pirelli (AC10's, Comp 3 / Comp 4's), Dunlop & Vee Rubber all do DOT & FIM approved off-road tyres.
I use them for certain enduros as there are road sections between the off-road tests (and the scruitineers check the tyres).
Difference between MX & DOT off-road, block patterns are closer, blocks are lower & the sidewalls are stiffer.
Try racespec.co.uk to get an idea of what's available... spot on dealer, or get an idea of what you want & haggle with your local dealer. If there is a Costco near you they can get any Pirelli tyre to order.
Oh yeah, cops know thier onions these days, MX on the road with a small plate?.... you're begging for a pull. I take my chances on the plate, but run road legal boots for on-road.
