KTM 990 service Marseilles or close by?
I am planning a 3 month trip in Europe from May to August. My bike has already left New Zealand :-)
It will need a service when I am in the South of France (I am NOT a mechanic!). Can anyone suggest a good place to take it for a new filter and oil etc?
Thank you
Kiwi Mike

Hard to fail a filter/oil change.
Any KTM dealership will hook you up with the proper stuff.
There are plenty of them in south of France, I´d say go with the one closest once its time to do service.
This one is the only official KTM dealer in Marseilles: http://www.apogee-motos.fr
All dealers in France: KTM Nous sommes ici

If it is just an oil/filter change and basic checkover then I am sure a mate of mine near Toulouse will be able to help - and may also be able to help with somewhere to stay for a few days !
Take a look at La Haille Gites get in touch with Mark, and say Owen sent you .......................

Kia ora Mike,
Hey I'm heading over for a shorter 7wk tour in 4weeks! We start on the 1st of May and finish 15June. Where are you going? A british KTM rider is joining me (990sm) and I'm borrowing a mates 09 660z Tenere My Argentinian mate who lives in Wellington, Mauricio, is also coming, but we won't stay together the whole time. UK Dave is 25, Mauricio and I late 30s, none of us are hoons and tickets r too expensive in Europe!
My plan is from Brussels to Italy via S France, then Alps to Czech Rep/Poland, and last 2weeks in Norway.
Let us know what you're up to aye?!

I will be picking my 990ADV up in London on Wednesday 7 May. I then have 10 days to get to Lisbon where my wife is flying into. My route to get there is North of France then cut through Spain to Lisbon.
From there it is down to Morocco, we plan to be in the South of France around 13 June before heading into the Alps. My wife heads home on 10 July I then will head to Greece and have 4 weeks to get back to London via Albania etc
Would be good to see you all but looking at our routes unlikely?
I am out to cruise the roads not race them - too much to see.
