In theory no....but only in theory . Just like every other EU country there's a time limit after which a bike has to be registered locally...can't remember if it's six months or a year.
This really boils down to how law-abiding and\or paranoid you are ....since nobody can possibly know when your bike first entered the country and in actual fact nobody really cares much .
As long as it's properly insured you're unlikely to ever have any problems .
