Is it safe to go back to Norway as a wanted man?
whilst in Norway, in the summer of 2013, parked in the Oslo ferry car park didn't see the Ticket Board/Machine and thought it to be a free car park while waiting to board the ferry...BUT...
In other words, he didn't pay it
